DESIGNED TO REMAIN INTIMATE
The hamlet remains intentionally discreet, allowing the vastness beyond it to lead. Subtle details, drawn from local craft and inherited textures adorn the walls offering a sense of place, and a connection to Tinajani’s thousands of years of human history.

What was once a modest sheep farm now forms the heart of Tinajani. Former adobe structures have been gently restored and reimagined, creating a small communal refuge where daily life gathers naturally — around shared meals, open fires, and moments of pause between one walk and the next.
WHAT ONCE WAS, NOW SHARED —QUIETLY AND WITH CARE
IN THE ANDES' OTHERWORLDLY VALLEY OF THE GIANTS,
A timeless landscape unfolds where nature and ancient history converge. Set high in the southern Andes, the land carries a quiet sense of permanence — shaped over centuries and held in silence, inviting a slower way of moving through it.

A QUIET SHELTER WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE
Tinajani unfolds as an intimate way of entering the land — a place where ancient myths, open horizons, and daily rituals remain closely intertwined. Here, life takes form through simple gestures — shared meals rooted in ancestral cooking, unhurried days outdoors, and moments of rest that come without effort — where adventure and tradition quietly meet.

PATHS INTO THE VALLEY
At Tinajani, exploration begins just beyond the hamlet. Trails extend into the valley and outward, revealing quiet streams, ancient burial grounds, and wide horizons shaped over time. Guided walks and rides invite a slower way of reading the landscape — where stories are carried through the terrain, and nightfall opens the sky for listening.

A SOFT PLACE TO LAND
Set lightly among the rock formations of the valley, the campamentos offer a place to return to after days spent outdoors. Each explorer’s tent balances comfort and immersion — creating space for rest, warmth, and quiet moments, while remaining closely connected to the land that surrounds it.

GATHERED AROUND THE TABLE
Meals at Tinajani follows the rhythms of Andean life. Rooted in ancestral recipes and seasonal ingredients, each meal reflects the traditions that have long sustained the highlands. Shared slowly — often by the fogón — the table becomes a place to pause, reflect, and ease into the close of the day.
